What fuels my running? The motivation to push my own limits... and bananas. I won't go running without my... high tempo music to keep me going and maintain my pace. I run and become... elated and energised from the runner's high! I always feel I can take on the world after a good run. My best ever running experience... competing in my first triathlon in which I came third in my age group.
