On Cloudflyer 4 Wide is designed to deliver a plush in-shoe experience to road runners with broader feet. The new Dual-density CloudTec® system gives gentle support at the heel to encourage a naturally balanced gait. The upgraded midsole is now thicker for premium comfort.
Details
The Dual-density CloudTec® technology is made from two different foams. The softer Helion™ superfoam is used in the midfoot to deliver springy cushioning. A denser material under the heel offers a very light support to keep your gait in alignment. The bigger Cloud elements compress under you bodyweight to absorb the impact from landing. The implemented Speedboard® encourages speed with a smooth ride.
The redesigned upper is engineered for a secure fit from soft yet durable fabric. It is more breathable on the forefoot for better moisture management. The padded tongue and heel collar alongside the new, softer sock-liner adds to the overall comfort.
The Zero Gravity rubber on the outsole promotes superior road traction and increases durability.
On supports the environment by using increasing amounts of good quality recycled plastic in the production of this excellent anti-pronation road running shoe.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
