The Duomax support has been replaced by a 3D Guidance system to stabilise your feet through controlled deformation and platform geometries. The cradled platform is now wider, which is based on biomechanical research, and also built on an 8mm heel drop to encourage your natural midfoot landing and that way keep your feet supported.
The extended heel counter - lean back Achilles construction - is designed to give a secure hold but also reduce any friction. It makes it easy to pull the trainer on and off.
The Jacquard mesh upper has been designed with both performance and sustainability in mind. 70% of materials used are from recycled of bio-base materials. The technical mesh is shaped to provide a secure fit and good breathability. The gusseted tongue helps to maintain a secure hold.
The improved FF Blast + midsole is lightweight, flexible and packed with bouncy cushioning for a soft landing. The Rearfoot PureGel in the heel is 65% softer versus visible Gel, to soften the impact from running on road.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
