Shiatsu massage comes from Japan and means finger pressure. Like acupuncture, Shiatsu Massage works on the pressure points and energy pathways, restoring balance and strengthening the flow of the body's energy.

For effective treatment the client lies on a futon, wearing a loose t-shirt and leggings or track suit bottoms. The practitioner applies pressure and uses stretch techniques to bring balance and flexibility.

Jeanette is at our London Run and Become Clinic:
Thursdays, 2pm-4pm

£35 for 30mins / £60 for 1 hour

I trained with the British School of Shiatsu, Hara School of Shiatsu in London. I have over 20 years experience of working in clinics and health clubs with clients presenting various symptoms including muscle tightness, reduced mobility, shin splints, headaches and other minor ailments and musculoskeletal issues.

The closest tube station is Victoria Station. From there take the Buckingham Palace Road exit and turn left out of this station. Follow Buckingham Palace Road for about 100m to the next crossing, where you turn to the right. Continue for about 50m and we are a few shops down on the right hand side.
