Sure you would. And that’s the idea behind these 3 simple exercises which mobilise your hips and lower spine.
Back pain is obvious. Hip tightness is less attention seeking but many of us suffer from it. It’s chicken and egg whether a tight back leads to tight hips or vice versa, regardless your range of movement is not optimum and that slows you down and expedites fatigue.

Thank you for the 3 great exercises. Would they help Piriformis muscle pain? or should I change my running shoes. Many thanks again. ReplyShankara SmithNovember 12, 2019 at 3:35pm
Pain in the Piriformis can be caused by a variety of things, so if the problem persists I’d recommend you consult a Physiothearpist - it could be that you need to do more stretching or some strengthening exercises. The mobility exercises in the video will help to oil the hips and lower back, and that’s a good thing. Whether they actually help your conidtion will depend on what’s at the root cause of it.Good luck
