These WUKA Period Pants offer ultra-hygienic and luxuriously comfortable periods. The Period Pants combines a hi-tech absorbent layer with anti bacterial properties with eco-friendly fabrics that are incredibly soft to the touch, kind to the environment and comfortable to wear.

WUKA Period Wear fabric has plenty of 4-way stretch, meaning it's forgiving on your body as you move about during the day. It's less likely to leave a line or feel clammy and tight than your usual underwear or a pad.

Able to hold up to 4 tampons worth of flow, Wuka Period Pants keep you dry and secure throughout your period and can be worn even for a marathon in a heat wave - it’s been done!

You can use WUKA heavy for at least 2 years but with the many wash the underwear will be less absorbent. After that you can still use them for light days, so you might have to only replace few heavy pairs every two years or so. Please do not tumble dry or use fabric softener as these can affect the absorbency.

For the light period days use WUKA Period Pants Light which can hold around 5-7 ml of period flow or light leaks - around 1 tampons worth.

How do you wash WUKA Period Wear?

Washing is simple and easy and can be done in three ways but always rinse after wearing to prevent stains.

1. You can hand wash it and line dry.

2. You can chuck them in with your blacks and line dry.

3. Machine wash cold or at 40° and line dry.

Drying advice: As the underwear has several layers, it takes a longer time to dry than lingerie. So while washing ensure that your underwear has gone through full spin. This decreases the time to dry your underwear.

You can also put your underwear in the airing cupboard or by the radiator or dry in the sun.

Do not tumble dry

Do not use Fabric Softener as this could adversely affect the fabrics. Also ecowatch calls it out for being bad for the environment, so it’s good to skip it anyway.

Wear it up to 8 hours on light days, 4-6 hours on your heavy days or all night.
