Recommended for weak, stiff or aching ankles. Provides compressive support and assists with rehabilitation and recovery from load related pain or moderate ligament and tendon injuries. The compression stimulates blood flow which can help prevent the build up of lactic acid during and post activity. This can help to reduce cramp and stiffness after excersise. Although thinner than neoprene it offers a high level of support and is ideal for those who are allergic to and or dislike neoprene and latex. The breathable compressive four-way stretch of the material targets support to the areas most requiring it.
