Saucony present Triumph 20, their women's neutral road running shoe with utmost cushioning. This latest version features upgraded PWRRUN+ cushioning, with a lighter and springier feel. More recycled plastics have been used to produce this excellent trainer, to support the environment.

Details

The reformulated PWRRUN+ foam is the next generation of continuous cushioning, designed to deliver a springy and lightweight underfoot feel. The PWRRUN+ makes the Triumph 20 lighter and softer than ever before. It's designed from a foam material which is more durable, less temperature-sensitive, and beautifully flexible. In addition it is 5% lighter, and with more energy-return properties, than its predecessor.

The revised lacing system with improved fit gives Triumph 20 a cradle shape, incorporating all elements together: the fit of the forefoot, mid-foot, heel and underfoot. This provides you with an excellent, secure structure for additional comfort.

The stack height has also been increased to 10mm. More cushioning has been added under the heel for a softer landing and better shock absorption.

Saucony Triumph 20 provides you with everything that you need to glide with ease through your longest runs.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.

LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.

WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.

SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
