Saucony complete their exclusive Endorphin collection with the Shift, the third and the last speedy running shoe in this category – to encourage you to run your fastest. Unlike the Endorphin PRO and Speed, the Shift doesn’t feature a nylon or carbon plate for propulsion. Propulsion in the Shift is achieved with Speedroll technology and its geometries. Saucony deliberately didn’t put a carbon plate in Shift to make this unique shoe more convenient to all runners, beginners or advanced, so you can experience the propulsion effect without exposing your body to any pressure.
The full length PWRRUN cushioning underfoot has a soft and responsive feel. It promotes bouncy comfort alongside impact absorption.
The Speedroll feature in the midsole has elements integrated in such a way as to deliver super easy propulsion, so you can run your fastest.
The TPU heel counter is placed on the outer side to avoid any discomfort. Beside the upper wrap, which accommodates different foot shapes, this holds your foot securely in superb comfort.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
