Details

The spike plate combines zones of flexibility with zones of stiffness for optimum performance. Zones that require greater flexibility have larger cut outs than areas where more stiffness is needed. This saves weight to optimize performance.

Dynamic fit technology in the upper wraps the foot to achieve a locked down midfoot. A comfortable seamless Flymesh upper features zones of ventilation and structure. The weave is inspired by seat belt webbing and increases tension on acceleration.

NB: The Blue version has 8 fixed stainless steel pins which you can't remove. All other versions have removable spikes and come with a spike key.

  • Dynamic Fit straps wrap the midfoot for lockdown and a glove-like fit.
  • Anatomical sockliner cushions your foot to enhance comfort
  • Injected Pebax® spike plate with generative design uses an algorithm to identify where zones of stiffness and flexibility are needed. Its honeycomb pattern is inspired by nature.
  • Color effect is achieved using vapor deposition. The spike plate is placed in a chamber where color vapor is floating around and sticks to the plate.
  • Weight: 153g (8UK)

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.

LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.

WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.

SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
