JOIN NOWThe carbon plate in the midfoot and heel is shaped specifically to deliver a responsive feel. This creates an energetic propulsion forward in your stride, from midfoot to toes. The Zoom Air unit containing cushioned chambers runs from the heel to the forefoot to provide bouncy cushioning, which absorbs hard impact on landing.
The technical upper is made from synthetic materials to ventilate your feet. The lightweight woven mesh upper is carefully shaped to offer your feet secure hold and to keep them well ventilated.
Data from athletes was collected to design the shockwave pattern on the outsole which adds extra traction where you need it most. In addition the 7 removable spikes on the lightweight plate ensure grip for elite speed.
The notched laces stay secure when tightened up.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
