The ADAPTERWEB upper on Roclite G 275 is made of highly durable, non-water absorbing materials to ensure your shoes don’t get heavier in soggy conditions and that they can withstand the rigours of off-road running. In addition, this material adapts to the size and shape of your feet, so even on your longest runs your feet will remain comfortable in the shoe and well supported.
The improved POWERFLOW midsole provides 15% more energy return and 10% more shock absorption than any standard midsole. It is also very flexible, so the shoe moves with your foot, reacts and adapts to any uneven terrain, and you experience better connection with the ground whilst being protected thanks to the cushioning system and the rockplate.
Inov8's revolutionary Graphene G-Grip is 50% more elastic, 50% stronger, and 50% harder wearing than any previous outsole material. In combination with it's sticky grip properties, the sole delivers ultimate grip without compromising on durability.
- G-Grip Graphene enhanced rubber outsole offers superior grip and toughness
- Metaplate for underfoot protection against sharp stones
- Powerflow midsole with energy return properties and cushioning
- Lightweight and hard wearing engineered mesh upper

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
