JOIN NOWThe CMEVA midsole with ProFlyX foam delivers bouncy cushioning in the heel area for a soft landing. Firmer foam in the forefoot provides responsive toe-off movement to enhance your swift progress forward. Between the two layers of lightweight cushioning is the Carbon fibre plate which ensures forward propulsion on each stride. The early stage Meta-Rocker system rocks your feet forward to maximize your running efficiency.
In this third version of the ever-popular Carbon X series the midsole with the Carbon fibre plate is the same as in the predecessor. The new upper, incorporating enhanced technology, is woven to allow your feet to breathe in a comfortable structure. The improved integrated tongue supports the secure hold. The extended heel finish allows you to put on the shoe with ease.
The Carbon X 3 is considered to be the racing shoe with the highest level of cushioning for ultra distances.
“Built by runners for runners”, Hoka running shoes elevate your potential on the trail, on the road and everywhere in between. Founded in 2009 by Nicolas Mermoud and Jean-Luc Diard, Hoka is a Maori word meaning ‘to fly over the earth’. When you’ve felt the Hoka difference, you’ll know just what they mean…
Hoka is committed to maximum cushioning when running, while maintaining lightness and springiness. This winning combination has led them to wide popularity.
Their shoes are engineered to deliver improved breathability and comfort, while facilitating a smooth running gait with the early-stage Meta-Rocker.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
