Details
The upper of this latest version has been made from UNIFI REPREVE yarn from recycled plastic -this way Hoka One One supports the sustainability of our environment.
The Challenger ATR 6 faces only cosmetic changes on the upper and outsole; It keeps the best of its predecessor such as the double amount of cushioning, the early stage Meta-Rocker and the 4mm deep grip for all- terrain traction. The midsole packed with Hoka's One One signature CMEVA foam to offer you a lightweight cushioning and absorb the impact from hard surfaces. The shoe geometries including 5mm offset (the difference between the heel and the forefoot) and the Meta-Rocker encourages your smooth foot strike to toe off transition.
The lugs on the outer sole are denser in comparison with the previous version to improve your traction on multiple terrains as they are placed only in the hardwearing areas. The low wearing areas in the middle of the outersole are covered with lightweight material to keeps the weight of these shoes low.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
