JOIN NOWA Carbon fibre plate runs through the shoe in the midsole, located between two layers of cushioning; a softer layer PROFLY X foam on the top and a firm layer of rubberised foam on the bottom, this provides a balanced of responsivity and softness. The Carbon fibre plate along with the Early Meta Rocker propels you forward on to your toes to maximize your speed. The carbon fibre plate also helps to stabilise the foot a little, especially in preventing a roll onto the outerside of the foot thanks to the curling of the plate under the lateral toes.
PROFLY X is Hoka’s lightest and most resilient EVA foam, sitting on top of the carbon plate it provides comfort and a soft and responsive ride. The forefoot platform is wider to provide stability plus a comfortable and accommodating fit.
Every element of Hoka Carbon X is design to provide utmost cushioning and comfort to maximize your speed.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
