The new engineered mesh upper is sleeker to maintain a secure, close to the foot fit. The extended TPU yarns are reinforced around the lace loops to offer you an adjustable option to make sure your foot fits. The new gusseted tongue is slimer and notched to hold your foot steadily looked in place.
The new Carbon fibre plate is 1 mm thinner than in its predecessor to make this excellent endurance racer shoe even lighter. The two layers of compression moulded EVA on the top and bottom of the Carbon plate are made from a softer and lighter foam to promote you with the bouncy cushioning and absorb the impact of running. The aggressive Meta-Rocker rocks your foot forward in a smooth and natural gait cycle. The upgraded geometry with extended heel offers you more cushioning when your foot strike and also your down heel running will be easier.
The extended heel tub makes this excellent racing shoe very easy to put on.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
