Women's Support Road Running Shoes

£130 £104 (Save 20%)
Description

The outstandingly cushioned supportive road running shoe Hoka Arahi 6 Wide for women is now lighter than ever. The refined heel tub along with the new padded tongue offer an improved fit for plush comfort. The Early-stage Meta-Rocker virtue empowers running gait by rocking the feet forward in a smooth motion.

Details

The improved CMEVA midsole provides plenty of lighter but softer cushioning to comfort your feet and mitigate impact on hard surfaces. The J-Frame anti-pronation support is built in to offer stability with freedom. The firmer foam is inserted into the midsole from the medial side to guide the foot in a natural forward motion. The Early-stage Meta-Rocker technology drives you forward in a smooth gait cycle to help improve efficiency.

The updated mesh upper now contains recycled materials to support sustainability. It is lighter, softer and more breathable. The new extended heel counter is designed for easy put on and off, also offering secure hold. The well-padded tongue enhances comfort.

The outer sole is made from durable rubber with anti-slip properties, stiffened in the places that endure most contact - increasing the life of the shoe.

Upper:

  • Breathable upper contains recycled materials
  • Padded tongue for plush comfort
  • Extended heel pull for secure hold
  • Upper is completely vegan

Midsole:

  • CMEVA midsole offers soft cushioning
  • Early-stage Meta-Rocker for a smooth ride
  • J-Frame technology promotes anti-pronation support
  • Ortholite sockliner for additional cushioning

  • Durable rubber outsole for increased longevity
  • Offset: 5mm (heel: 29mm, forefoot: 24mm)
  • Weight: 216g

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.

LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.

WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.

SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
