This is the new generation of Currex insoles - 7% lighter than the older model, with more dynamic arch support. The insole is slightly firmer to provide more stability but still responsive & flexible enough to move naturally with your foot. Suitable for running, jogging, walking, triathlon, or everyday life. Giving the arches support they need, these insoles will help to improve your performance. You'll experience less fatigue in your feet and calves and get extra protection and propulsion thanks to the heel and forefoot gel pads.

High arch support is for arches that are on the higher side of the scale. Currex insoles are not orthopaedic insoles, they are designed for running - this means that one should not need to get used to them, they should feel natural from the beginning, allowing your feet to relax in the shoe. One should not feel any lumps or bumps under the arch. If the support is too obvious, it can cause blisters and irritation. Sometimes people think that going for High Arch insole will provide more support for the foot, but this is not always the case.
The beauty of this insole is that it is flexible, not hard and rigid as some of the alternatives on the market. It will give efficient support that one needs provided the right type of height is chosen.
