The midsole and outsole of the new Transcend 7 have been reconfigured so the new ratio allows an increase volume in DNA LOFT cushioning. This provides you with wonderful softness underfoot, while keeping its responsiveness and durability.
The double-jacquard mesh upper is engineered to offer you breathability, structure and flexibility. Its improved stretch element alongside the 3D FIT print saddle deliver a plush fit and feel, moving in harmony with your feet.
The GuideRails holistic support system prevents the collapsing inwards of your foot by keeping excess movement in check. The GuideRails system keeps the shoe flexible and allows your foot to flex and move freely but it also offers you structured support where needed.
- 3D Fit Print saddle reinforces the upper and provides stretch where needed for an exquisitely secure fit
- Renovated stretch double jacquard mesh upper – engineered for flexibility, structure and breathability
- Added Supersoft DNA Loft cushioning to the midsole to increase the soft feeling and for shock absorption
- OrthoLite sock-liner for premium step-in comfort
- GuideRails restrict excessive inward motion and keep your feet moving in the most natural pathway

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
