The Levitate 4 belongs to Brooks’ ‘Speed’ category, this much-loved women’s neutral energy return running sneaker is now lighter than ever. Providing you a fast and lightweight feel on your run, Brooks decreased the weight of Levitate 4 by 23g, by reconstructing the DNA AMP midsole. The new Knitted upper is incredibly soft and has a close to foot fit thanks to the new Mono Sock Construction.

Details
The DNA AMP is Brooks’ energy return cushioning, made of a polyurethane foam. Its main characteristic is to expand under the pressure as well as returning the energy directly back to you while you are running; with each step you make you experience a super springy ride. In this latest version, Brooks kept the same level of cushioning but decreased the weight of their DNA AMP foam by reducing its density. The weight of Levitate 4 has been reduced by 20% to deliver you a lightweight, energized feel on your feet when you run.
The new sleek upper is the engineered mesh made from the super soft flat knit, designed to offer you more breathability and security. The Mono Sock Construction of the upper is fitted next to your foot to hold your foot in comfort, delivering you the ‘sock like feel’. The heel collar has an improved fit and again designed from a very soft, flexible material to protect your foot against any Achilles irritation.
The improved arrow pointed flex groves on the outersole are now closer to each other on the edges to deliver you a quicker heel to toe transition and enhance the durability.
