The midsole features the BioMoGo DNA technology, which offers environmentally friendly long-lasting cushioning with the dynamic response that adapts to your stride, weight and speed. It also cushions your foot in comfort and protects it by taking away the impact from running. The Ballistic Rock Shield protection is the other feature of the midsole; the thermoplastic EVA sheath has been toughened and built between the midsole and outsole. You will appreciate the benefits of Rock Shield especially when you run or walk though the sharp rocks or stone. The four Pivot Posts (two on the inside, two on the outside of the midsole) provide stability in all surface condition.
The upper of Cascadia 15 has been updated. The new monoloop mesh is engineered and designed using breathable materials to enhance the moisture management of your feet as well as keeping your feet in a secure structure on uneven terrain. The new drainage system has been implemented to help your feet dry quicker in wet conditions.
The Trailtack sticky outsole promotes four direction, hardwearing grip. It sticks to the dry or wet rock but also offers outstanding grip on muddy trails. As the grip is flat, Cascadia 15 can be, without any signs of wear, used on roads as well.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
