An Ariaprene tongue gives a soft feel over the top of the foot under the laces and doesn’t hold on to moisture. A lace guard on the tongue allows you to tuck the laces in and keep them out of the way. A gaiter tab at the back permits the easy attachment of gaiters.

In the midsole, the BioMogo DNA is softer than on previous editions to cushion your feet when running long distances.. A Pivot Post System stabilizes the foot - acting like the suspension in a car and keeping the foot balanced when the ground is uneven. A rock shield protects the foot from sharp objects.

The outsole consists of smaller lugs sticky rubber lugs around the outside and larger green rubber lugs on the inside to provide grip on any surface on wet days and dry days.

Cascadia 13 GTX offers water protection and traction for the runner who runs whatever the weather.
