JOIN NOWAn improved, streamlined engineered mesh upper, with 3D Fit print, gives the foot structure where it is needed and breathability. The 3D Fit print has been designed in an asymmetrical way; it pulls from the heel and wraps around your arch to offer you a comfortable and secure fit.
In this new version 20 of GTS, Brooks adds super bouncy DNA LOFT cushioning in the heel to deliver a soft landing experience when your heel touches the ground. In addition the DNA LOFT cushioning in combination with the full-length responsive BioMogo DNA cushioning balances the feel of softness and responsiveness for great shock absorption and a smooth experience as you run.
The GuideRails Support system is now co-moulded, which means that the GuideRails support is merged into one piece instead of two, as in the previous version 19. Co-moulded GuideRails support is more stable and offers you a smoother ride which helps your natural speed, instead of slowing you down.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
