Jeff Galloway was a world-class athlete, competing at the 1972 Olympics. He broke the US 10 Mile record in ’73 recording a time of 47.49. Nowadays Jeff is more famed as a brilliant running coach. He founded the Galloway Marathon Training Programe and has coached over 200,000 runners and walkers, through direct coaching, books, coaching schedules, as a columnist for Runners World magazine, and as a motivational speaker.
