The breathable Jacquard mesh upper is accurately engineered to encase your feet in a silky structure. It is completely seamless to avoid skin irritation. The upgraded tongue construction with the lacing system adds value to the improved fit.
The 3D Space construction technology maps the impact of both the male and female foot to adjust the midsole tolerance for best shock diminishment. An average female runner is lighter resulting in less distortion in the midsole, hence softer cushioning in the heel and forefoot has been created in the women's Gel Nimbus 24. Male shoes feature additional cushioning only in the heel area to allow a more stable ride through the gait cycle.
The FF Blast plus midsole is Asics' EVA based super lightweight foam with 60% more energy return virtue than the average midsole foam. The FF Blast + in combination with the Flytefoam system and the Rearfoot gel cushioning provide your feet with ultimate comfort underfoot and absorb harsh impact on road runs.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
