JOIN NOWA balanced cushioning platform with a zero drop offset keeps your feet level. The distance of your heel and forefoot from the ground is the same, encouraging you to maintain your natural running posture, improving your running technique and decreasing impact. The soft yet responsive EGO foam midsole provides your feet with perfectly tuned cushioning to comfort them and absorb the impact on hard surfaces.
The Guiderail support technology is a triangular shaped reinforcement which stabilizes your foot in the arch and heel areas and limits the inwards movement of your knee. This way your foot is propelled forward in a natural way. Because the GuideRail works only when you need it, Provision 6 can be worn not only by over-pronators but also by neutral runners.
The InnerFlexTM system on the outsole is composed from a grid of grooves to make the whole midsole flexible for your smooth and easy ride. The Footpod technology maps the bones and tendons in your foot to enhance your natural transition.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
