Details
The upper of the Escalante 2.0 has been updated with a new softer and more breathable upper with a lattice pattern to improve moisture management, helping to keep your feet dry. The new, wider, mid-foot wrap cage around the foot holds it snugly and makes every step of your run more secure and smoother.
Midsole features Altra Ego cushioning technology which is a dual natured compound with a responsive but soft feel for bounciness and energy return.
Flex Groves on the outer sole have been added to and are deeper, making Escalante 2.0 even more flexible and offering an easier, smoother and more natural ride.
Escalante 2.0 is a women's lightweight, soft and flexible zero drop training shoe promoting natural mid-foot landing and giving you back the energy in the form of bouncy, responsive cushioning instead of feeling flat underneath your foot. The wide toe box shaped to match our natural foot-shape amplifies the natural mid-foot landing by offering the toes room to spread and this way also provides stability for the foot.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
