Workshop for Feet, Knees and Hips

This event is designed for runners to increase strength and flexibility and improve alignment, to avoid injury and to make their running more biomechanically efficient. It includes:

  • Alignment basics
  • 25 exercises for strength and flexibility.
  • Two 10 min exercise routines one for the beginner and one more advanced
  • “Home Gym” lessons on how to fit in the exercises into your daily life
  • A short routine easily done at your desk in minutes

The session teaches biomechanics and self-assessment so that you can scale the exercises to your body and needs.

This workshop is the first in a series of three. The second will be for the upper body and the third will be for the core and pelvis. For whole body strength, alignment and flexibility try to attend all three workshops.
