Do you struggle with your running? Do you feel your technique is holding you back? Do you struggle with your breathing as you run? Would you like to be able to run in a more relaxed and fluid way and fulfil your running potential? If so then this is the workshop for you.
The workshop is suitable for every runner, from beginner to experienced. It is based on movement principles which have helped elite runners to excel, but which can also benefit runners of all levels and abilities. The workshop will help you unlock your deeper intrinsic movements so that you can move in a more connected and integrated way.
The workshop will provide a guideline to daily mobility and breathing exercises and a structure of running drills, so that we can move forward with our running and movements skills in the years to come.
