Transform Your Running in 5 Weeks

Learn how to improve your technique to make your running more energy-efficient and low-impact. 

When your technique is good, running should feel enjoyable and natural, without discomfort and injury. 
Many runners suffer from knee problems, IT band injuries, shin splints, plantar fasciitis and achilles problems. These injuries are usually caused by a combination of bad technique and a lack of conditioning & mobility. 

So join this course to improve your technique, strength and mobility. It will be a structured five week course covering the following topics:

  • Posture
  • Foot strike
  • Cadence
  • Stride length 
  • Arm action
  • The natural lean
  • Breathing 
  • Running on hills
  • Mobility work
  • Core work

Each session will be 60 minutes and is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability – from beginner to experienced runner. We won't be doing much running but concentrating on running drills and exercises to improve technique & mobility.
