An Extraordinary Evening with Grahak Cunningham

Founded in 1997 by Sri Chinmoy to exemplify the endless possibilities of the human spirit, the Self Transcendence 3100 Mile Race is held annually in the USA and is the world’s longest and most difficult foot race. Runners are given from 6am to midnight for 51 days to complete the distance and need to average 60 miles a day to finish.

Australian ultra runner Grahak Cunningham is a four time finisher and former winner of the 3100 Mile Race with a best time of 43 days averaging over 70 miles a day. He utilises meditation, determination and positive thinking to help get to the finish line. Join him, as he inspires you with his journey in finishing the worlds most difficult race and teaches you how to stay positive, peaceful and focused and access the inner strength we all have within.
