This is FREE introductory ‘Yoga for Sport’ session for those interested in the benefits of yoga for both injury prevention and performance. ‘Yoga for Sport’ is targeted at runners, triathletes, and those that play sport. Whatever level you are, elite, recreational or total beginner, this free class will be extremely beneficial.
This is a practical session, so loose comfortable clothing should be worn. Please bring a water bottle and towel. If you have any questions please contact Anna.
Due to popular previous demand we will have two introductory sessions of 45 minutes each: 6.15-7.00pm and 7.15-8.00pm. Sign up for your preferred session. If it is full, we will offer you a place on the alternate session if spaces allow.
Anna will also be offering a 4-week series of follow up classes at the store on Tuesday nights. Ideal sessions for anyone looking to improve there core strength and flexibility. Please note that this taster evening is FREE, and the 4 week follow up classes will be £35 for the block. Find out more here »

As a RYT 200 hour Yoga Teacher, Anna has combined her knowledge and expertise of the body, sport and injury to tailor yoga classes to address the target areas that can both impact on performance and contribute to injury.
