Your feet are your foundation. They bear your weight every day and create your body’s base. As a runner they do even more!
This session will work on giving your feet some well needed TLC. A combination of yoga and myofascial release will target all areas of the feet. Whether you have ongoing issues or are just coming for preventative care this session will benefit you greatly.
Anna is a qualified Yoga teacher with a keen interest in how Yoga can prevent common overuse injuries and build strength. She gives regular classes at Run and Become.

As a RYT 200 hour Yoga Teacher, Anna has combined her knowledge and expertise of the body, sport and injury to tailor yoga classes to address the target areas that can both impact on performance and contribute to injury.
