A strength building class for runners
With Anna Harty. Limited to 12 places.
Having a strong core for runners can improve both speed and posture. This is due to a stabilising of the torso resulting from an increased awareness and activation of the muscles, which comprise your core.
This session will deliver targeted exercises to build strength in this central area of the body. Expect a Vinyasa style flow class but at a slower pace to ensure that muscle activation is being undergone correctly.
As ever, all levels welcome. Some mats provided but please bring your own if possible.
