How not to get injured? What to do if you already are? How to spot the signs of overtraining? Whether completing a couch-to-5km schedule or an experienced marathon runner, no one likes to be injured.

In this evening workshop you will learn some simple tips from a top Edinburgh Physio, Louise Imrie, and Run and Become’s experienced marathon runner, Adrian Stott, to stay the right side of that injury line.

Injury is common amongst runners and can often lead to loss of training, compromised performance and ultimately withdrawal from a race. This interactive session will discuss a multi-factorial approach to injuries in runners and discuss strategies to minimise time lost due to injury.
