How not to get injured? What to do if you already are? How to spot the signs of overtraining? Whether completing a couch-to-5km schedule or an experienced marathon runner, no one likes to be injured.
In this evening workshop you will learn some simple tips from a top Edinburgh Physio, Louise Imrie, and Run and Become’s experienced marathon runner, Adrian Stott, to stay the right side of that injury line.
