Up to 70% of runners will get injured each year due to overuse, but have you ever wondered how the way you run can lead you to getting injured?
Unravelling the different phases of the gait cycle, understanding which muscles and joints are under the most strain, can often hold the answers to preventing injuries from building up.
This talk will explore the link between different stages of your running gait and different running injuries, as well as give advice and exercises to prevent them from occurring in the first place.
