Our Run and Become in-store Clinic is now closed. For the time being, due to the corona virus situation, we will only continue with online and outdoor clinics.

We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and following the advice provided by the Public Health Authorities. We will resume all our clincs when it is safe to do so and we look forward to seeing you all again, hopefully in the near future!

About Matt Holland

Matt is a Master running coach and advanced therapist who doesn’t just give you a schedule and say, "Get on with it," but is there to guide you as much (or as little) as you need.

As well as one-to-one coaching, he specialises in rehabilitation and performance by helping you move better, run better and run faster. He has worked with runners of all abilities to improve their form and performance, helping them run more efficiently and be less injury prone. His West End clinic specialises in biomechanical analysis and movement screening and is an accredited running school of The Running School London.
