A four week series of follow up classes from Anna’s Taster session on Tuesday 21st February.
The benefits of yoga to any sports person, whatever your sport, and whatever your ability are well proven. Regularity is the key.
The 4 week course will totally compliment your running etc adding improved strength and flexibility, to help you be stronger and reduce injury risks as you prepare for your Spring events.
This is a practical session, so loose comfortable clothing should be worn. Please bring a water bottle and towel. If you have any questions please contact Anna.
