Our good friend and Chi running instructor Nick Constantine is organizing a weekend retreat mixing running and yoga in a stunning Argyll location this September.  We always get good feedback, when Nick conducts his “Taster Sessions” here at the store, so do check this out.

“Thank you so much for such an awesome, inspiring weekend! I must admit, I was absolutely blown away by how simple the principles of Chi Running are and how much sense they made. Running suddenly feels more natural and I can't wait to get out and practise!”
“What a great weekend, it was lovely to be surrounded by a bunch of like minded warm people. Nick Constantine and Mark Russell's organization of the weekend was superb, they were both well aware of individual needs and were able to offer their expert knowledge and advice to help people on their Chi running journey.”
