Carnegie Harriers were formed in August 1991, to cater for the interest of road runners in the Dunfermline area and has later expanded to cross country, ultra- and hill running.
The Club not only races throughout Scotland and beyond, but also organises a number of events during the year, like a series of 1M or 2M road races in Pittencrief Park, 'Auld Toun 10K', 'Graham Clark 3.9M Memorial Race' and the 'Festive Forest Run'.
The Club's structured training sessions are designed to help improve the fitness and performance of their members. They explore new routes informally and exchange training ideas. There are lots of opportunities to make new friends.
We are a friendly club that welcomes new members of all abilities regardless of weather you are a serious competitor or just wanting to keep fit.
We are proud of the progress we've made since 1991, thanks to the hard work of our members, our Committees and the support of our sponsors."
