Zoe McParlin is a qualified Osteopath as well as a Sports Massage therapist, registered with the General Osteopathic Council. The primary principle of osteopathy is that the body works as a whole. The focus is on the anatomy and the function of the musculoskeletal system, as well as how it contributes to the overall biomechanics of the person. It treats a wide range of mechanical conditions by working to improve the function of both the joints and the muscles.
Zoe is an avid runner and has regularly competed at Club level for athletics and cross-country. She has a range of experience from working at specialized gyms for clients with long term health conditions.
