Loretta Daley has over 18 years' experience as a sports therapist. A former middle distance runner competing for British Blind Sport, Loretta is partially sighted, and now runs marathons; to date, she has completed over 90! She does not use any electrotherapy, offering hands-on treatment alongside physiotherapy advice, exercise prescription, advice on training and racing, as well as matters relating to general health and well-being. She treats non-sporting and sporting people alike, offering holistic, practical solutions to both acute and chronic conditions, as well as advice on how to prevent the occurrence of both sporting and work-related injuries.

Run and Become is located on St Mary Street. There is extensive parking in Wood St and Westgate Street NCP car parks, and Wood Street NCP on Great Western Lane CF10 1EN. There are a number of coin-operated, metered parking spaces on Fitzhamon Embankment and Taffs Mead Embankment.
