Gela Best“I studied Reflexology, Anatomy & Physiology at Cardiff Metropolitan University achieving my Level 3 Diploma in 2017. I have always been interested in natural therapies to help treat various ailments and conditions.

Reflexology is a complementary & Holistic therapy that looks at the whole person. During a first time consultation, lifestyle, diet & fitness are all discussed to ensure an appropriate treatment is given to each and every client.

A reflexology treatment is a non-intrusive massage that involves applying specific pressure to the reflex points on the soles of the feet.

Benefits of reflexology include boosting blood circulation, boosting energy levels, reducing stress and anxiety, helps to balance the body's systems and helps the body to heal itself.

Runners can especially benefit from having regular reflexology treatments as it also helps to reduce muscle soreness, increase flexibility, relaxes and loosens the muscles as well as stretching the ligaments in the lower legs, heels and feet.

Reflexology is a wonderful treatment and a great way to improve and practice good health and wellbeing.

I look forward to meeting and assisting new clients. People from all walks of life are welcome to try and enjoy reflexology.”
