My name is Dai Morgan and I’m a level 3 personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. I believe that with a specific cross training programme you can not only achieve, but surpass your goals without setting foot in a gym!
To expand my own knowledge and to compliment my personal training I also study Sport and Exercise Science at Cardiff Metropolitan University. This allows me to have a much greater understanding in terms of bodily movements (biomechanics), muscles and nutrition and also the psychological aspects of exercise and performance.
I work with a range of clients from those looking to get into running all the way to marathon training. I currently have a client who will compete in the London Marathon (2018) looking to take in excess of 30minutes off their PB! However, I am not solely focused on running and aim to work with a range of individuals from all walks in life with other clients swimming or playing team sports.
