Merthyr Mawr Christmas Pudding 10k 2013

The famous Pudding Run was on Sunday 16th December at Merthyr Mawr, with its great big dipper: the tallest sand dune in Europe. As always the race was full within hours.
Weather was pretty good, about the same as last year really. Bit of drizzle but it never dampens the spirit of this race. No matter what the conditions - cold, icy, wet or dry - runners in fancy dress, families and dogs with glitter collars come along.

The atmosphere is fabulous and it is always a great opportunity for us to be part of this event, with many regular customers there.

Our Clare ran it for the first time and had a great experience. Though she missed out on the mulled wine at the top, she thought it was water. She will look for it next year.

Many thanks to Brackla Harriers for all their hard work and energy in putting on a fantastic event. For those of you who ran, a big well done from our Cardiff Run and Become Team.

Have a very Merry Christmas and see you all next year
