Biomechanics Unravelled, 23rd November 2015

A great talk was given by Scott Corthine at Run and Become last night, Monday 23rd November.
A foot surgeon for 27 years, he brought together a collaboration of his work and studies in a clear and understandable way. His honest and frank approach, in which he calls boring, was far from it.
His focus was on running injuries and he explained in simple, bullet-point way how they happen and treatment of them.
There was good interaction between Scott and the people who came, and many questions were asked. A thoroughly enjoyable evening and we look forward to his next talk.
Thank you to all those who braved the cold night air.
