Delivery

Postage & packing costs £4.50 for shoes, (£3.50 for spikes, £6.00 for 2 or more pairs of shoes) and £2.00 for clothing. For other items, or international rates, we will inform you of the cost before we charge you.

Where possible we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm the same day — most orders are received next day.

Refunds

Please note that we only offer refunds for goods purchased by mail order. Goods purchased in store may be exchanged for a credit note within 28 days.
