Lightweight shoes are suitable for road racing and occassional speed-based sessions on road or trail, not recommended for constant mileage. The very lightest shoes are not advised for over Half Marathon distance. All are available in half sizes, and the sizes listed are all UK sizes. Manufacturers' websites carry full technical details of most shoes, but if you would like some advice on comparing the merits of different shoes, please contact one of our three branches. Each of our shops offers a comprehensive fitting service, based on years of experience and extensive product knowledge, which is free of charge when purchasing shoes. So, if you aren't sure whether to choose "neutral" or "motion control", come and see us.
