Terms of Offers & Promotions
The following terms and conditions apply to all offers and promotions in conjunction with normal Run and Become terms and conditions. Unless stated otherwise, offers or promotional discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, or redeemed against gift vouchers, reduced items, nutrition or books.
Cards may be redeemed at any of our branches. Not to be used online.
Run and Become Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase goods and services at any of our branches, or by mail order over the phone (Customer Service: 0207 2221314). They cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or used for online purchase. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
Minimum spend is £80 to receive £10 off or £40 for £5 off. Discount may be redeemed at any of our branches. Not to be used online.
15% discount to all Welsh Athletics club members. 20% off all clothing when purchased with shoes. Offers run March 27th to April 12th. Discount does not apply in conjunction with other offers, or redeemed against gift vouchers, reduced items, nutrition or books.
1. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry and the entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering the competition you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at their discretion, to exclude entrants and/or the winners if he/she does not comply with any of these terms and conditions. 2. The competition is open to all, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families and anyone to whom they are professionally connected. 3. To enter the competition, any time between Wednesday 27th March and Friday 12th April 2013, entrants must fill out all necessary personal details on the official entry form located at Run and Become, 100 St. Mary St, CF10 1DX, and submit this in the official entry box at the shop, no purchase necessary. 4. One entry per person. 5. There will be 23 winners, who will win one prize each, see separate list of prizes. 6. Winners will be picked at random by the Promoter, from all correctly completed and submitted entries by Friday 19th April, and the Promoter will notify winners by telephone or email by Wednesday 24th April 2013. 7. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm acceptance of the prize or cannot make use of the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner or withdraw the prize and that winner will forfeit the prize. 8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 9. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by the winners, over and above the prizes offered. 10. The Promoter will liaise with the winners regarding the collection of the prizes, prizes must be collected from 100 St. Mary St at a time agreed by the Promoter, In the event of a winner failing to collect a prize by 25th May2013, that winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute or alternative will be available and a substitute winner may be selected. 11. The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternatives will be given. 12. Any entries not meeting the above criteria shall be invalid. The Promoter will not be liable for any entries that are corrupted or not received for any reason. 13. Details of the winners names will be available between Wednesday 24th April and Wednesday 1st May 2013 by sending a stamped self addressed envelope FAO Chitika Wheeler, Run and Become, 100 St Mary St., Cardiff CF10 1DX. 13. By entering, you agree that if you are chosen as a prize winner you will allow the Promoter to use your name, photo, video, voice recording, for their publicity and news purposes during this and any future promotions or advertising. 17 The Promoter will only use the information which you provide to administer the competition. 18. The Promoter reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition at any time. 19. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or loses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize. 20. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
