Men's Mizuno Wave Alchemy 12 

Mizuno’s new Wave Alchemy 12 is a strong but surprisingly lightweight and unclumpy motion control shoe. This 12th version maintains the same double fan wave plate as the 11 which engages early in the stride and controls overpronation effectively.

They’ve reduced the height of the midsole so the foot sits closer to the ground for extra stability and to reduce weight. They’ve also made the sole broader at the heel and forefoot so the shoe has a wider base to control overpronation. The AP+ midsole and VS1 in the forefoot give the Alchemy 12 an easy cushioned feel. A great option for the runner who needs all the support of a motion control shoe but doesn’t want a heavy clumpy shoe.
